Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

- Customized or altered products

Return Inspection
All returns are inspected before approval. We reserve the right to reject returns that fail inspection.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method or store credit. Processing times vary by payment provider.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
Report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
